CAMPAIGN PROGRAM MANAGER

Primary role of the Program Manager is to work closely with the LotLinx executive team, clients and dealers in setting up, launching, reporting on campaigns. Manage all campaign “pipeline” activities and provide periodic reporting (weekly).

Primary Roles & Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

Dealer registration. Create a branded enrollment link to be used with “participating” dealers to authorize inventory feeds, GA access, CRM access for AMP and primary contact information. Same enrollment process today without billing and budget information.

Dealer Setup. Ensure each dealer setup is done on a timely basis. Place calls directly with dealers for registration, conduct product demos or handle inquiries as required. Sell the benefits of LotLinx to dealers for non-campaign business (direct) when appropriate.

Client Interface. Work directly with the OEM or dealer group at the operations level before, during and after campaign. Coordinate and communicate all pertinent information. Report into the client on a regular basis on progress and performance (vs. them calling us).

Internal Coordination. Work closely with the operations team ensuring setup is being done timely, resolve any setup issues, verify shopper budget allocation by dealer.

Performance Monitoring. Monitor the progress and performance of the campaign. Ensure shopper delivery and dealer accounts are running correctly. Resolve any issues.

Campaign Reporting. Report on campaign performance. Shopper delivery vs. budget. Performance by dealer. Develop scorecard on key campaign performance metrics. Update as required.

Pipeline Management. Track and report on all campaign activity (negotiating, setup, launch, post campaign results review, renewal, converted dealers to direct, etc.). Includes budgets, spend, # of dealers, cost per dealer and stage in opportunity.

Coop Program Management. Responsible for updating and maintaining all OEM coop programs including enrollment forms approved for LotLinx.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and project management skills

Strong understanding of LotLinx platform and ability to demonstrate effectively

Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

Proficient in Salesforce and Jira

Self-starter, needs minimal oversight and management, know what to do
