We are looking for a Carrier Integrations Analyst to help successfully build out our network of carriers. Tasked with onboarding, management, and monitoring of carrier integrations thus contributing to the growth and scaling of the project44 carrier network. You will be a leader, a salesperson, a carrier expert, a project manager, an integrations expert, and an efficient operator.

What you’ll be working on:

• Integrate new carrier/capacity provider partners onto the project44 network based on their operational capabilities
• Communicate directly and follow-up with carriers/capacity providers to ensure their integration success
• Identify, assists, and nudge carrier/capacity provider partners that may be stuck in integration stages
• Maintain a multitude of project plans and lists across our carrier and customer base
• Ensure carrier integrations are completed to specification and assist to validate successful integrations at scale
• Identify and implement process improvements for daily operations
• Reporting/communicating integration statuses to internal and external stakeholders

• Possess the ability to create new solutions; we operate on a technology platform and constantly facing unchartered waters

• Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to create solutions for related issues
• Participate in planned and ad-hoc internal projects to drive internal efficiency and reduce carrier/customer time to go-live 

Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Ideally experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Transportation operations, Carrier Relations, Carrier Procurement, and/or Systems Integrations
• 2+ years of experience:
• Logistics Operations, and/or
• Carrier Onboarding, and/or
• Carrier Procurement, and/or
• Systems integrations
• Project management experience managing large volume project plans with multiple parties
• Technical systems integration experience or exposure
• Call center or similar environment experience is helpful
• Quick learner, especially around industry knowledge and for technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong reporting skills, both tactical and executive levels
• Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities
• Passion for carrier/customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Ability to be strategic and roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done
• Ability to manage own workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Additional language skills preferred with strong preference for French, Portuguese, and/or Spanish
