We are looking for a Carrier Integrations Manager to enable capacity providers to build out a suite of APIs that project44 can connect to in order to maximize value to its shipper and 3PL customers. As the Carrier Integrations Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging existing project44 relationships and building new ones, to meet with and influence executive technology, sales, and operations leadership at a variety of capacity providers. You will act as a liaison and project manager between the technology arm of each capacity provider and p-44’s teams to drive joint success for both parties.

Key Accountabilities:

• Educate & partner with executive leadership at capacity providers to build and improve APIs needed to maximize value to project44 customers
• Act as a project manager to drive the implementation and onboarding of API build outs with capacity providers
• Liaise with customer support & Product Management and project44 customers to determine strategic capabilities needed to maximize value of API connectivity
• Own, develop, and present Carrier Health Checks/Quarterly Business Reviews to capacity providers to help them understand current strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
• Work with leadership to create and maintain an overall priority of time allocation that best drives our strategic goals across modes and product offerings via our capacity provider partners

Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Possess a broad understanding of software development, technical infrastructure, and software quality assurance processes
• Project management and multi-tasking skills
• Understanding of API design & architecture, preferred
• Ability to influence key decision makers to make technology decisions
• Preference to have a solid understanding of additional North American freight modes (Small Parcel, Rail/Intermodal, Expedited, etc.)
• International freight modes, ideal
• Understanding of transactional freight details that are passed via API or EDI
• Strong communication skills, people skills, and presentation skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
