Commercial Banking (CB) serves more than 30,000 clients, including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, and not-for-profit entities with annual revenues generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. The Firm's broad platform positions CB to deliver extensive product capabilities - lending, treasury services, investment banking, and asset management - to meet our clients' domestic and international financial needs. The Commercial Bank Client Onboarding (CBCO) implementations group is responsible for owning, driving, and coordinating all aspects pertaining to the setup of cash management products and services for Commercial Bank clients.
The CBCO PI (Commercial Bank Client Onboarding Product Implementations) organization is seeking a highly motivated individual who is capable of handling a high level of complexity in a client facing environment. The Product Implementation Vice President will have responsibility for the production implementations of new and existing business for our top clients. Helping our clients expand their business is a strategic opportunity for Commercial Banking, and the implementation experience sets the tone. The Product Implementation Vice President will work directly with the client, coverage and product teams to determine the best approach to implement the highly complex, large scale onboarding projects.
Things you will do...Core Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the client facing, technical contact responsible for a successful end-to-end client experience during complex treasury product implementations with Commercial Banking clients around the world
  • Provide consultative advice regarding the technical aspects of treasury solutions to include supporting sales partners and the sales process with RFP responses, client presentations, and in-person client visits
  • Scope client requests, translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services products
  • Strong and demonstrated collaboration, facilitation and complex situation management skills
  • Manage clear expectations by establishing timelines, deliverables and milestones
  • Ownership of internal and external communication and status updates
  • Ensure deliverables are met and partner with owners to optimize client experience
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment
  • Own and escalate risk issues when they occur on a timely basis
  • Be a leader: identify gaps, come up with solutions, and implement changes


Skills that you will need... Qualifications:

  • 10 Years of relevant work experience in a professional setting
  • 4 years of technical project management experience OR experience with complex treasury implementations
  • Client-facing experience
  • Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established SLA
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal partners through verbal and written (primarily e-mail) channels
  • Comfort using technology such as WebEx, Zoom and other collaboration tools to enhance client discussions
  • Confidence in interacting with technology teams (application development, Quality Assurance, Production Support)
  • Able to embrace change and take an active role pilot process enhancements and new products
  • Technical client consulting experience as a business analyst on systems integrations, API connectivity, or mapping of file formats


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in implementations, client service, and / or treasury services
  • Knowledge and experience with either (or both) ISO 20022 or EDI message formats
  • Industry certifications (CTP, PMI)
  • BA / BS Degree
