Join Rally Health as a Client Implementation Manager, you will work directly with both clients and internal partners to coordinate the end-to-end implementation of Rally software. In this client-facing role, you will work with Account Management, Product, Engineering, and QA and will report to the Manager, Client Delivery, and Activation. You Will:

• Lead multiple, concurrent client implementations from beginning through launch.
• Manage the relationship with our clients and internal partners.
• Implement contingency planning and mitigation strategies.
• Identify opportunities that improve processes, documentation, and overall client experience.
• Develop a deep knowledge of Rally products and coordinate with other teams and third parties/vendors for successful implementations.

You Have:

• 5+ years experience in a client-facing software implementation/delivery role or project management role.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, Software Development Life Cycle exposure, and PMP experience.
• 2+ years of experience presenting to clients.
• Know the healthcare industry and experience with Google Apps and Salesforce.
• The expected salary range for this position in CO will be: $75,000 - $85,000
