Target Data is currently looking to add a dynamic Campaign Manager to join our growing team. The Campaign Manager is responsible for the setup, execution and ongoing management/optimizations of all offline and online media campaigns. Delivering exceptional execution and ongoing campaign management is an essential part of our business solution and client relationships. This a fantastic role that will allow you to work with multiple department and teams, as well our growing list of brand-name clients.
Responsibilities
- Owns implementation, tracking and measurement of all online and offline campaigns across all clients
- Heavily collaborates across the organization to quickly onboard new clients
- Execution of Direct Mail, Programmatic Display and ConnectedTV campaigns with our platforms and partners
- Interface with external partners for campaign activation when applicable
- Collaborates closely with Client Services, Technology, Analytics, and Strategy teams
- Executes QA (Quality Assurance) process prior to campaign launch and ongoing for the duration of the campaign
- Identifies optimizations, best practices and campaign enhancements to help refine internal best practices
- Oversees pace and tracking to campaign budgets
- Delivers regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
- Quickly escalates tracking issues and concerns with the campaigns
- Meets and exceeds expectations on deliverable dates for the internal team, external partners and client
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills, in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a professional environment
- Minimum of 1-2 year of Campaign Management/Operations experience
- Multi-task effectively with precise attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate and creatively resolve problems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional team player possessing initiative and motivation to work unsupervised
- BA/BS degree
- Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other digital optimization platforms
- Experience managing CPA, CPC and CPM marketing campaigns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including pivot tables, chart-making and manipulation of large data sets), Google Analytics, DoubleClick For Advertisers, Sizmek, and proficient with Mac OS and iOS
