Hello, Client Services Coordinator!      
 
Freeosk Inc. is searching for a full-time, Chicago-based Client Services Coordinator to join our Project Management team who loves to build communication documents that make our field staff’s lives easier. As a Client Services Coordinator, you’ll create and manage timely submission of field staff scheduling documents and program instructionals for both kiosk and demo business lines. You’ll communicate information in a timely manner to ensure that the field staff team takes all the steps to execute and bring our sample programs to life for shoppers.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who loves to track down unknown information and collaborate with others to resolve blocks or challenges. We are looking for someone who is eager to dive deeper into the world of project management by autonomously owning projects and meeting pre-determined deadlines. If you have the innate ability to gather, organize, and clearly articulate detailed information, this role may be perfect for you!

Some of the key responsibilities you’ll have include:

  • Manage timelines and follow-through on document submission to field staff partners by adhering to the established frequency and cadence
  • Manage the timely submission of documents for client approval
  • Clearly communicate details to ensure information is acted upon by our field staff partner
  • Maintain master calendar of scheduled campaigns and activities
  • Conduct data comparisons in Excel to ensure accuracy of program information
  • Create PowerPoint documents to supplement program materials

About you:

  • 1+ years of experience in a professional environment
  • Experience managing multiple projects with varying timelines
  • Experience using Excel and PowerPoint, including pulling content for documents from more than one data source
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Ability to produce error-free outputs
  • Ability to think through and prioritize tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
