Target Data is currently looking to add a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team.  The Project Manager is responsible for orchestrating the timely, accurate and a smooth transition from prospect to client. Delivering an outstanding client experience during the onboard process is an essential portion of our business solution.  This a fantastic role that will allow you to work with multiple department and teams, as well our growing list of brand-name clients.  

Responsibilities 

• Identifies, defines and manages the overall program plan, execution, resource management, and issue tracking for new clients
• Coordinates inter-project dependencies
• Heavily collaborates with Tech and Analytics on resourcing issues; keep client priorities front
• Provides task assignments, work direction, guidance and support to assigned teams as required
• Conveys project changes and updates to appropriate team members
• Facilitates team meetings to review projects and campaigns
• Prepares regular status reports and distributes internally and externally when necessary
• Reviews deliverables prepared by the team prior to presenting to clients
• Manage and Maintain Client Service project management tools
• Use approved project management techniques to track progress against planned targets throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Tracks key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of clients
• Collaborates with the VP, Client Services to negotiate resolutions on project hurdles that threaten cost, schedule or project scope

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills, in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a professional environment 
• Minimum of 1-2 year of Project Management experience
• Multi-task effectively with precise attention to detail
• Ability to anticipate and creatively resolve problems
• Exceptional team player possessing initiative and motivation to work unsupervised
• BA/BS degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and proficient with Mac iOS
