At 1o8, our Client Success Manager builds a long-term relationship with our clients, adopts the client's goals as ours,
and leads the engagement with a sense of purpose, urgency and empathy. The Account Manager is responsible for publicly representing the 1o8's ethos and ensuring that "HOW" we do business is exposed as much as well as what we achieve for our clients.

Objectives

Leads day-to-day relationship management and account work involving building client relationships and ensuring we achieve our goals.
Acts as a liaison between the client, digital strategists, and ensures 1o8 is on track with deliverables.
Understand a client's business inside-out and communicate marketing objectives with digital strategy execution team.
Uncover opportunities to deliver more services and enhance 1o8's involvement and contributions to the account.
Do what's needed to get the job done. Connect and communicate with whomever is needed to get the job done.
Draft case studies based on the success of the engagement.

Actions

Support digital strategist to plan budgets, schedules, and client roadmaps.
Support business development by looking for opportunities to increase 1o8's involvement in client marketing roadmaps.
Communicate progress of execution using KPIs, presentations, and reports to showcase work to clients and bolster relationship.
Understands and manages billing.

Skills and Characteristics

Natural curiosity to stay on top of digital trends and tactics. Although the Account Manager is more relationship-oriented,
we'd love for you to be well-versed and curious about digital marketing trends and be able to speak the language.
Ask meaningful questions during client interactions to learn about their businesses and customers.
An appreciation for the level of work that goes into delivering successful marketing programs across disciplines.
Ability to communicate our philosophy of experimenting quickly and adapting
Impeccable communication skills and ability to stand by recommendations
