Cloud Services Delivery Manager
The Cloud Shared Services Delivery Manager is accountable for enablement, consumption, billing, and shared platform services and capabilities. The Delivery Manger will support and deploy services across our Cloud hosting platforms to support programs such as compliance, optimization, governance, security, operations, and adoption. The Cloud Shared Services Delivery Manager is responsible for understanding industry standards and best practices to ensure cloud hosting uptime and performance. They also responsible for keeping current with industry trends and emerging technologies across the Cloud service platforms. They will be able to provide recommendations to our suppliers and platform leads on architecture, operational areas of improvement, automation, governance, and self-service capabilities for cloud deployments. There will be a heavy dependency on implementing operational excellence, identifying areas of improvement, and exercising cost savings via optimization.

Supplier or Vendor management experience
RFP/RFI experience
Understanding of Compute, Storage, Network, Virtualization, and Cloud concepts
Experience with automation and orchestration tools
Understanding of public cloud solutions and industry trends
Strong rapport and relationship building skills with both internal departments and external supplier’s
Understanding of ITIL disciplines to improve operational excellence. (Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Release Mgmt), ITIL Foundation Certification a plus
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Able to take a creative approach to situations and problem solving
Understanding of IT industry working practices / methodologies
AWS and/or Azure experience a plus
Familiarity with ServiceNow a plus
Finance management, billing, chargeback, Apptio experience a plus
Interact with internal and external technical leaders to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our global application support teams with respect to availability, functionality, performance, reliability, governance, optimization, and operations
Articulate and mediate tradeoffs related to scalability, manageability, testability, security, maintainability, usability, functionality, cost, and time. Establishes criteria for measuring these items in development and production as they relate to Cloud components
Introduce new technologies that help reduce cost while improving time to deliver
Deliver and support designs that meet business requirements and the needs of our corporate and restaurant application support teams
Participate in development of architectural strategy, including technology standardization, modernization, and automation
Develop and support multi-year capability, technology, cloud, and service road maps
Develop process design standards and guidelines that provide governance and agility for our users, and mentor other SDMs and engineers on best practices.
Continually monitor and engage with internal and external consumers of our shared technology foundations
Align operational strategy with business objectives and architectural principles
Significant focus on Cloud cost management, billing, RI analysis, chargeback, and optimization
Communicates well with team members to earn trust, influence, motivate, and mentor others
Multitask multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressured environment
