What You'll Bring

Excellent leadership, analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity and strategic skills.

Minimum Education level Bachelor Degree or above

Minimum Years of Experience 5+ leading large global business transformations

Experience in Project Management, Program management, & Organizational Change Management minimum years of experience 3+

Impact You'll Make

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Training and Development leader to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable cloud training initiatives that empowers our associates with the opportunity to learn new technical skills and abilities.

Establish strategic direction for overall or individualized global cloud training and development strategies by stakeholder groups.

In cooperation with the various HRBP’s and in alignment with the global GT capabilities, identify and assess future and current cloud training needs by leveraging a wide variety of cloud training methods and tools.

Provide thought leadership and reflection in relation to upskilling tools, strategies, and new developments in cloud learning and development.

Develop and executes associate communication and engagement program for GT Leaders, Managers, and associates across global footprint.

Ensure that associate communications and training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.

Facilitate and is solely responsible for both Instructor lead training and continuous adoption of TU’s online cloud learning portal.

Responsible for cloud certification reward program across global footprint, including evaluating training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.

Manage team to prepare reporting for overall learning progress and identifies gaps/risks.

Collaborate with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange associate registration for and participation in outside training programs.
