Position Overview:

The Commercialization Manager will own end-to-end project management, working cross functionally with Brand Managers, Product Design, Operations, Marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure project timelines are met and product launches are successful.

What you will do:

• Overall mastery and ownership of project management tool
• Inform stakeholders of progress against goals and timelines
• Support Brand team in lead up to product launch
• Weekly status updates (written and meetings)
• Support Brand team in product launch post-mortems
• Effectively prioritize product milestones
• Monthly communication with internal sourcing team and manufacturers
• Support multiple product launches per month
• You’ll work closely with:
  • Brand and Product Development teams
  • Industrial designers on the product design team
  • Sourcing and operations team
  • Marketing team
  • Leadership team (COO, CEO/Founder, CMO)

What experience you need:

• 3+ years experience as lead project manager
• Direct functional expertise in major project management tools (Monday, Asana, Trello)
• Direct functional expertise in go-to-market product (physical or digital) launches
• While not required, strategy or operating experience in any of the following areas is highly valued: high-growth startups or other direct-to-consumer / digitally native companies.
• Bachelor’s degree required, project management certification preferred but not required
