What you'll bring:
- Have experience working in a community role or similar capacity
- Have 3-5 years of experience working in or with application development
- An understanding of how Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs) can be used to help communities thrive
- Have experience planning and coordinating events
- Have strong organizational and communication skills that set you apart from your peers
- Are personable and able to collaborate across offices and cultures with a wide variety of different associates from different parts of the organization
- Passionate about community and enabling collaboration across TU’s global enterprise.
What we'd prefer to see:
- A strong passion for TransUnion’s mission and to see TransUnion mature as a technology company
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance tactical and strategic activities
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Self-starter with strong coordination, organization, interpersonal, planning, communication and multi-tasking skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to pitch in where needed
- Application development experience a must. Able to understand complex technical details of our development platforms and able to pitch in on building their maturity.
Impact you'll make:
- Identify, collect, and present metrics on the impact of the community.
- Plan internal and external meetups and events to help foster the TU developer community across the globe.
- Set clear communications for TU’s employees so that the can take advantage of everything the community has to offer.
- Be called on to assist with our development platform maturity.
- Surface insights from our development community to our architecture and product teams.
- Drive the collaboration that enables cross-sharing, reuse, and collaboration across the global practice.
- Help make TU an awesome place to be an Application Developer.
