Amper is hiring a proactive Continuous Improvement Specialist who is passionate about the manufacturing industry, analyzing data to draw impactful conclusion, and helping customers improve their operations. As a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Amper, you will serve our clients by providing guidance and expertise. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers achieve success using Amper’s Machine Monitoring System. You’ll use a strong understanding of customers’ business needs and limitation along with Amper’s capabilities to improve diverse operations.

What you’ll do: 

• Directly work with plant managers to plan and implement continuous improvement projects
• Analyze customer data to discover actionable insights that will help resolve complex operational issues
• Educate customers on manufacturing best practices
• Provide clients with an amazing experience as they use Amper
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve Amper’s products and customer experience

Requirements:

• Experience analyzing operational data and implementing successful continuous improvement projects
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics over the phone or email
• A high level of professionalism, diligence, and discipline in organizing your day and activities
• High level of aptitude for learning and using new technology and tools
• Ambition, eagerness to learn and improve, passion for tech and the future of the manufacturing
