Job Description

The Communication Delivery Consultant will partner with our clients and other internal stakeholders to develop, design and implement effective communication solutions related to employee benefit and total rewards.

Fundamental Components

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Project Manager: Responsible for overall quality of delivery on a client project, including management of project schedule, scope, budget, roles and responsibilities. Ensures other team members are completing tasks as assigned. Responsible for helping to create the tools and infrastructure to support delivery to our clients.
 - Design: Helps to develop the communication brief, initiates brainstorming meetings and provides design direction to designers. Ensures that the deliverables meet with the client’s defined brand guidelines. Provides additional design support as needed.
-Print Production and Fulfillment Management: Manages all aspects of print production and fulfillment (preparing, processing, and mailing participant statements and supplement materials). Selects and directs the services of internal and external print and fulfillment suppliers. Obtains and compares estimates. Creates, manages and tracks supplier budgets. Partners with the Communication Leader to establish best practice vendor processes and procedures.   
- Communications Operations: Partners with the Communication Leader and other internal stakeholders to create the business/operation processes, pricing and consistency. Helps drive continuous process improvements/efficiencies by maintaining a thorough understanding of all internal systems. Assist in sales and marketing activities as needed. Responsible for special projects as assigned.
- Customer Service: Provide open communication to bswift customers (clients) and internal team members in a pleasant, professional manner with a can do attitude

Background Experience

- Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel internally and externally; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
- Must possess a drive for success and growth within a professional career
- Must be able to quickly sort through complex subject material
- Strong analytical skill-set and ability to effectively use data for strategy
- High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness
- Must possess a passion for teamwork, client service and reaching business results through problem solving
- Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality
- Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere
- Strong customer service orientation
