WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Change Lead is a critical role in orchestrating the concerted adoption, understanding, and integration of digital solutions into ways of working and key processes. They will define measures to create awareness for initiatives and execute associated change management activities, such as stakeholder analyses, development of a change story, change impact assessment and communications planning.

  • Designs and develops comprehensive change management programs related to the Digital Revolution (i.e., communication strategy, change story, stakeholder mapping, change impact assessment, and leadership engagement plan capability building)
  • Identifies the various stakeholder groups impacted by specific digital solutions and defines the requirements to ensure successful implementation
  • Identifies the key processes and ways of working that will be impacted by digital solutions
  • Defines and tracks KPIs to monitor progress of change within a broad range of the organization
  • Works with digital delivery team to codify and document key elements of digital solutions
  • Champions design thinking and agile approaches across the company
  • Collaborates with Opportunity Areas (OAs), Training lead, and Ways of Working lead to plan and implement solutions.


WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field; Masters preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant functional/domain or transformation experience, Change Management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead others, and to work with minimal direction, with the proven ability to coordinate complex activities with deep knowledge of digital domains & products
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Capability to understand end user roles and business implications of digital solutions
  • Excellent skills in presenting technical solutions in simple and clear manner to non-technical stakeholders and senior management, establishing strong relationships to ensure product adoption
  • Interest in business/process automation/optimization, and technological innovation
