Job Summary
Vibes is looking for a top performing candidate to help the Vibes team to ensure successful development and completion of all business projects– new customer launches, professional services and internal initiatives. The Director, Projects & Launch Services will lead the Project & Launch Team to provide knowledge, guidance and experience in project management and showcase the value of Vibes’ solutions.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS, mobile, marketing or digital media working with innovative technology and partnering with enterprise customers on executing their technical mobile programs and integrations with ease and strong customer relationship building skills.

Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define, prioritize and develop projects for new customer launches, professional services and internal initiatives
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to various deliverables
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, project plans/status, project development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope
- Over-communicate to all project stakeholders internal/external during project launch
- Conduct regular customer-facing meetings for new customer launches including kick offs and regular status calls
- Analyze and monitor new business pipeline and project data, including budgets, risks and resource allocation
- Oversee the development of all projects to ensure value realization and customer delight
- Ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding company standards
- Be a product expert on the Vibes Mobile Engagement Platform and trusted advisor in the mobile marketing space to solution for customer goals and train new customers on Vibes’ mobile engagement platform
- Be an expert on Mobile Compliance and be able to train new customers and provide compliance recommendations
- Support and collaborate with Sales, Customer Strategy, Mobile Engagement Services, Product and Business Operations teams
- Streamline process for all projects – new customer launches, professional services and internal initiatives
Qualifications
Experience
- 8+ years relevant project management & implementation experience
- 4+ years management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- You have demonstrated interest/experience in one or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Digital Media or Marketing
- Experience with large scale implementation and project management experience with complex solutions environments
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- You are an excellent communicator (written, verbal and presentation skills), with demonstrable customer communication and coordination efforts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively
- Professional, high-integrity, reliable, organized, driven and results-oriented
- Candidate should be a self-motivated, hardworking individual who can thrive without supervision
