Provi is seeking a growth-obsessed leader to drive and scale our industry-leading Marketplace. Collaborating with functional departments across the organization, this quantitative and strategic operator will inspire alignment to consistently exceed targets, rigorously prioritize the most impactful initiatives, diagnose key gaps, and swiftly close them. This person can be Chicago-based or remote.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the Go-to-Market & expansion strategy for Provi’s unique B2B Beverage Marketplace. Think holistically about the Marketplace business, from its current and future revenue-generating potential to the user-facing experiences it powers. You will have P+L responsibilities for this key piece of Provi’s strategy.
  • Work in lockstep with your product counterpart to identify opportunities and gaps and be a key stakeholder in influencing the product roadmap.
  • Seek opportunities to optimize the health of the business and explore new revenue-generating opportunities for Provi.
  • Work closely with sales and account management teams to track pipelines and performance and inform and develop Go-to-Market strategies and tactics.
  •  Identify the key drivers of success for current sales and marketing channels and determine where the next incremental dollar of investment should be directed to drive growth.
  • Partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization in order to align resources to drive scale.
  • Be the internal expert on the Marketplace at Provi, especially all growth, health, and innovative initiatives.
  • Above all, strive to make the Provi team, business and product great.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience with demonstrated cross-functional and collaborative project or team management experience. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in Consulting, Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Strategy, or similar roles; MBA a plus.
  • You are comfortable in highly ambiguous environments, but bring order to chaos. You know your limits and prioritize where you can make the most impact.
  • You take pride in enabling the best work of others on the team. You anticipate the needs of your teammates. You uncover the truth, making it easy for yourself and others to make key decisions.
  • Extensive track record of getting things done and done well with lots of examples of projects you've spearheaded.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making experience. 
  • You learn quickly and synthesize new information effectively for diverse audiences.
  • Amazing written and verbal communication skills.
