Director, Technology Programs
GoHealth is hiring a Director of Technology Programs for our fast scaling program. It reports to the VP of Product Management.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Product and Engineering leadership to manage all projects across all programs related to the research, development, and operation of GoHealth products.
- Through program management and cross-department collaboration within a fast scaling, agile environment, you will manage a program consisting of about 100 concurrent projects (and growing) with an average development duration of 4 to 6 weeks.
- Build creative and flexible processes and systems that provide stakeholders and partners visibility to program performance status, variances to plan, and execution quality.
- Empower a team of up to 15 employees to achieve optimal program performance.
- Model change management communication and negotiate execution priority with product managers, engineers, and executives across the company.
- Ensure an efficient deployment of GoHealth’s technology project budget (about $20MM annually) that captures valuable, measurable business outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management, project life-cycle, product delivery, and team management. Bachelors in Science, Engineering, Business or Project Management
- Record of meeting deliverables and exceeding expectations.
- Record of developing and operating tool- and data-driven program oversight processes.
- Experienced in creating change management process, communication, and building business cases
- Concise communication leader and relationship builder
- Empowered leader of cross-department collaboration, team management, and empowering employees
