This position 
The Technical Product Training Specialist is a training professional who provides high-quality learning experiences that will educate customers, partners, and employees on DocuSign’s product with high quality delivery of learning offerings in both virtual and classroom settings. The role requires the individual to quickly ingest new product offerings, become proficient with their use and basic implementation, and maintain updated knowledge in a rapidly changing environment. This role is responsible for supporting the classroom technical environments for assigned courses across the DocuSign products. They may partner with other cross functional teams and trainers for project support as requested. Keys to success in this role include technical aptitude in both instructional software and technical content, unwavering focus on customer satisfaction, dedication to helping a team succeed, and cross-organizational collaboration.

This role is part of the DocuSign University team and will report to the Product Training Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver assigned training courses in a variety of formats, including onsite classroom and virtual delivery models
  • Collaborate on content delivery models within and across functional teams
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Cooperatively identify training needs and suggest creative solutions to training challenges
  • Provide well rounded product knowledge to internal and external customers
  • Remain current on industry trends and related technology
  • Maintain high utilization and customer satisfaction scores with consistent daily deliverables
  • Travel required – 20-30%

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or commensurate experience acceptable
  • 2-5 years of experience in a professional service support, consulting, product training, or education role in a technology environment
  • 2-5 years of experience delivering instructor-led training in virtual and physical classroom environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to utilize and improve technical skills development with support and mentorship
  • Ability to work independently to meet customer and business expectations in training delivery
  • API development experience a plus
  • Salesforce administration or development experience a plus
  • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Business Process Modeling Language (BPML) experience a plus
  • Strong ability and enthusiasm for driving both a positive and a performance-based team culture
  • Enthusiastic desire to grow and learn in both an independent and peer driven learning model
  • Experience working cross-organizationally to promote overall customer success
  • Confident oral and written communicator
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Flexible, positive work approach
  • Demonstrable use of customer centric mindset in delivery or problem solving
