Job Description
The Opportunity:
With the continued acceleration of growth ahead of ServiceNow we are looking for a strategic minded and data savvy business project manager to support the Early in Career (EIC) team as we collaborate with leaders across the organization to attract, recruit, and develop the next generation of leaders and innovators.
The ideal candidate must thrive in a highly dynamic and changing environment and have the capability to influence decision making through a combination of data and storytelling. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring operating model and initiatives are aligned and progressing against key metrics. This is an exceptional opportunity to help transform the way ServiceNow and the Early in Career team works and scales across countries and into new markets. Below are detailed responsibilities for this role:
Contribute to the analysis of Early in Career functional performance and derive actionable insights from analysis of historical data and real-time dashboards that will drive strategic decision making and actions.
Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and presentation/visualization of data to see beyond the numbers; transform raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Create frameworks to better understand and monitor key Early in Career activities. Contribute to solutions to improve key initiatives and processes across the Early in Career team.
Perform monthly analysis on Early in Career key performance indicators to ensure program is on track to successfully execute against company and business level targets and goals.
Build cross-functional relationships and be able to establish resources to help solve complex problems. Proactively identify areas for deeper analysis and study.
Use market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific initiatives, as required, and incorporate findings into internal presentations.
Develop and present business insights to key stakeholders including business and functional leadership.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
4+ years of prior experience in business, strategy, analytics and/or research or equivalent
Experience using data to drive decisions including the ability to structure problems for analysis, analyze the data, and provide actionable recommendations through effective and compelling storytelling.
Demonstrated passion for connecting the dots, digging deeper to uncover stories and trends in data, with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Great organization skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to assist wherever help is needed and is proactive in looking for ways to help the team operate more efficiently.
The ability to manage confidential, sensitive information.
Expert level skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
