EDI and Middleware Integration Analyst: RXBAR is one of the fastest growing natural brands in the space and this explosive growth requires RXBAR to continue adding new partners needing to integrate into our network. This role will be critical to ensuring our long-term success with our expanding network of partners.

The EDI and Middleware Integration Analyst will be responsible for working closely with varying 3rd party partners and cross-functional teams within RXBAR to ensure the fluid flow of information between each entities system. This position will also be responsible for maintaining current and future integration, troubleshooting errors and continuously reviewing our integration to identify improvements. This EDI and Middleware Integration Analyst should be able to strategically understand the vision for the holistic system and integration network while also being tactical and able to execute against the vision.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, a strong collaborator, has great organization and communication skills, is technical but knows how to talk to the business, can work independently, and challenges the status quo.

General Functions + Responsibilities:

  • Own RXBAR integrations across the entire network
  • Manage the 3rd parties and continually monitor all integrations; proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and drive process changes
  • Facilitate the integration of new EDI trading partners and document their business requirements (this is not a mapping position)
  • Proactively identify issues/business risks and lead the conversations with 3rd party partners for resolution/mitigation
  • Support and maintain integration for both production and sandbox environments while ensuring data integrity/cleanliness
  • Continually review processes with end users to ensure we are capturing all required information
  • Create and maintain documentation for all integration and business requirements
  • Lead the development of a standard onboarding program for new trading partners
  • Play an active role in contributing to the ongoing development of our integration and system strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with all internal teams and trading partners to deliver best-in-class system integrations & utilization
  • Proactively gather feedback from users to optimize system network and information flow
  • Ensure our business is set up for success by setting up each integration in line with our company goals (learn the business inside and out)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of EDI experience (this is not a mapping job)
  • Ability to comprehend and understand Raw EDI Format
  • Understanding EDI transaction sets and what they do, specifically Warehouse, Retail and Logistics
  • Experience managing 3rd party vendors
  • Possess intellectual curiosity to continuously learn integration enhancements and software trends to maintain a competitive edge
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
  • Experience with middleware platform Jitterbit is a plus
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus
  • Experience with JavaScript is a plus
  • A self-starter with excellent communication skills
