Job Summary
Exterior Operations Project Manager will support the internal operations team by managing continuous improvement projects and other operational initiatives. They will work directly with stakeholders on the Client Management and Operations team to customize business solutions for optimal performance. This individual works under direct supervision.
Responsibilities

  • Modify and create (as necessary) SMS Assist Standard Operating Procedure documentation and resources for internal and external use
  • Document and create content for new and existing processes and publish to the Exterior Operations team's knowledge base.
  • Identify training needs related to project and coordinates and/or conducts training.
  • Build strong relationships with all key internal teams (e.g. Exterior Operations, Procurement, Product, Affiliate, Legal & Sales) to deliver on client implementations. Leverage those relationships to influence and drive improvements between those teams and Implementation.
  • Ensure confidentiality of internal and external data
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
  • Travel requirements: Travel Expected: up to 10% of the time

  • Computer Skills: Advanced proficiencies in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of the use of Asana, Google Suite (Drive, Docs, etc.), Keynote, and spreadsheets, and other project management tools.
  • Working knowledge of meeting software e.g. Zoom, telephone conferencing etc.
  • Proficient use of content/knowledge management tools e.g. Microsoft SharePoint, Bloomfire etc.
  • Knowledge of Facilities maintenance, grounds and custodial principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, customers, subcontractors, vendors and team members
  • Practical training in project management, communication, sustainability, and operations management preferred


Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of related business experience
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of basic complexity


Other Relevant Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent experience preferred
