Purpose of the Role:

To support the Associate Manager, Field Success, and the Consultant Experience initiative in the tactical needs to improve the overall consultant experience, with a focus on new consultants and selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of the new consultant experience and onboarding journey, sales success training content for live webinars, training on our digital learning platform, and training virtual or future off-site events, such as our annual National Conference.
• Be the subject matter expert on social selling opportunities, including tactics and approaches that have impact on financial outcomes, specifically in the direct sales industry.
• Support research activities, including consultant interviews and competitive research, to drive to insights, and generate concepts on improvements to existing experiences, services, and solutions. This includes partnering with the Field through councils and other groups to identify future opportunities and align on the best approach to roll out programs.
• Review, derive and share insights from research activities to identify key field and selling trends and business opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional team members to deliver impactful seasonal launches in support of the Global Energy Map.
• Help build Pampered Chef’s innovation culture and contribute directly to a key area of our business.
• Support the scale and launch of improved experiences to the full field of direct sales consultants.

Education & Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree is required
• At least two years of experience in a role that requires strong communication and adaptable decision-making.
