Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, fast-paced packing and fulfillment coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will be working to ensure the right medications are correctly packaged and sent to customers in a timely manner with special attention to quality control. You will aid pharmacists with receiving, counting, packaging, and fulfillment. Shift would be M-F from 9 am-5:30pm.

Duties and Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Serves as the primary team member who calls customers and solves issues (tickets) related to shipping operations. Issues include, but are not limited to: address verifications, returned boxes, shipping exception report, and lost packages.
  • In the absence of the team lead, provide daily updates to the Assistant Manager, Fulfillment on significant issues. Assist the team lead in tracking key metrics associated with shipping.
  • Assist with training of new hires. Utilize training tools and track progress utilizing comprehensive training documents.
  • As needed, coordinate operations with other departments. In particular, work closely with fill, data operations, customer happiness and logistics.
  • Assist supervisor in monitoring and ordering all necessary packaging and shipping supplies in a timely manner.
  • Reliability (including being on-time to work) is a must
  • All coordinators understand that hours might vary based on operational need, and understand that as a pharmacy, working some holidays is a requirement of divvyDOSE employees
  • Inventory - ordering and monitoring supply levels as well as organizing receiving areas. Including putting away deliveries and stocking shelves

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand for long periods.
  • Lift and push or pull up to 20 pounds.
  • See objects at close vision and be able to identify and distinguish colors
  • Know how or willing to learn how to use a pallet jack

Required Education, Experience, Certification, Licenses:

  • Must be 18+ years of age. High school diploma /GED required; some college preferred.
  • Pass a drug test and background check.
