What We Are Looking For

We’re hiring a Global Mobility Supply Chain Manager to lead the continued development and management of our supplier partner network. This role is responsible for ensuring our supplier partner services are properly aligned with the needs of UrbanBound’s clients.

Example of responsibilities include:

• Perform end-to-end supplier management including, but not limited to: sourcing, onboarding, ongoing analysis, contract management, continued training, and performance management for assigned relocation suppliers.

• Act as the main point of contact for escalated supply chain issues with supplier partners and the service delivery team.

• Serve as the supplier partner network subject matter expert.

• Craft responses to client RFPs or RFIs.

• Assist with cost estimate or pricing requirements.

• Participate in monthly/quarterly client reviews and new client implementations.

An ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the global mobility supply chain (household goods, real estate, destination services, short-term housing, etc.) with the ability to contract, manage and support supplier relationships.  Relevant industry experience and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. This role will work under the direction of our Chief Operating Officer and is available in our downtown Chicago office.
