As a Growth Consultant on Litera's Transaction Management team, you will help to create a new market that transforms legal service delivery through solutions that streamline the transaction process. You will serve as the primary partner and guide for customers adopting our Transaction Management solution. From Day 1 of solution rollout through the first year of solution adoption firm-wide, Litera's Growth Consultants work tirelessly to build strategic relationships, assess needs, and identify opportunities for expanded use cases of our Transaction Management technology. Litera's Growth Consultants require the growth mentality of a salesperson, the empathetic approach of a customer success manager, and the business acumen of a consultant.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption of Litera's Transaction Management platform across law firms
  • Align closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to articulate the value of Litera's Transaction Management platform
  • Facilitate seamless customer onboarding and ongoing training that lead to high levels of satisfaction
  • Build out customer success plans that drive enablement, adoption, retention, customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Educate and inform customers about solutions and features to drive adoption and grow the diversity of use cases
  • Build and maintain education and success resources to help clients self-enable on Litera's Transaction Management platform
  • Develop a broader roll-out plan with customer feedback
  • Provide customer with usage reports and ROI calculators leveraging customer data
  • Provide customer feedback internally to Litera's Product team to influence the product roadmap
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders in order to create champions and advocates
  • Willingness to travel (40%+ of time)

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to influence and persuade
  • Strong initiative, drive and self-direction
  • Proficiency at juggling multiple tasks
  • Ability and confidence to demonstrate value from tech solutions
  • Ability to convince customers about the benefits of digital transformation and new ways of working
  • Excellent presenter and communicator who is articulate, passionate and knowledgeable with the ability to evangelize our products
  • Experience engaging with individuals at General Counsel or C-Suite level as well as with front-line users and administrators
  • Experience in legal services, customer success, project management or solutions consulting within the Legal sector
  • Experience in customer success or similar roles in the Software as a Service (SaaS) space is desirable, but not essential
  • Experience driving adoption of enterprise legal management and/or legal operations management solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a real passion for technology and product innovation
  • Legal background experience as a lawyer, paralegal, legal project manager, legal engineer or have gained similar market understanding in a role within a technology company that serves the legal industry

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in sales, account management, or customer success in a legal technology company
  • 5+ years in the Legal sector (at a law firm and/or at a legal technology company)
  • The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, customer-centric and inspiring, with a mix of product, solutions, and legal experience
  • Bachelor's degree; graduate-level legal degree and/or certification a plus, but not required
