We are seeking a Head of Project Management to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Chicago. In this role, you will oversee all business systems, including Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence to ensure project deadlines are met. We are seeking someone that is highly organized and process-oriented for this role.   
  
Responsibilities: 

• Actively manage a variety of projects including sprint planning, prioritization, and risk identification with local and global development teams  
• Provide business systems planning of applications while working in a global environment 
• Effectively manage resources, governance, timelines and profitability 
• Collaborate with IT development departments to deliver projects from inception to completion    
• Define and track project objectives while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan  
• Communicate with stakeholders regularly on the status and timeline of projects  
• Problem-solve and troubleshoot any roadblocks or bottlenecks to prevent a delay on delivery and completion of projects   
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish a unified technical vision/strategy and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs   

Requirements:  

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Systems or similar  
• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management within trading/financial industry  
• Experience managing IT solutions in a fast-paced trading environment, across multiple product lines  
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to understand and communicate issues clearly using appropriate technical vocabulary  
• Experience of working in Agile environments (SCRUM experience is an added advantage)
