Where does this role fit in?

Our HR function is on an ambitious journey to transform, and this transformation spans the globe and requires a project managers that can connect the dots for the big-picture strategy. As our HR Transformation Project Manager you will lead complex, high-visibility HR Transformation intiatives throughout the project lifecycle. This transformation will cut cut across time zones, sub-functions, and technologies and it is your job to keep track of all the moving parts, bring people together across multiple teams and communicate to junior and senior stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Act as liaison for all facets of the HR transformation and pull people together to make decisions throughout the project
  • Establish a cadence and framework to communicate progress to upper management and stakeholders
  • Facilitate cross-team prioritization
  • Define business objectives clearly and ensure that we are driving toward them
  • Define and document milestones, timelines, and deployment plan
  • Facilitate conversations to ensure Cross Functional Team Dependencies are planned, identifying gaps, and mitigating or escalating risks
  • Track and communicate program objectives and progress
  • Track and ensure prompt resolution of issues; manage risk
  • Use and drive Agile methodologies
  • Communicate agile team metrics & drive compliance

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in program and project management or similar role running large projects on a global scale
  • Practical experience with agile or other relevant project management techniques and methodologies
  • Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email)
  • Proven ability to influence & gain buy-in at multiple levels, across divisions, functions and cultures
  • Comfort working with senior-level management and virtual teams
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules
  • Strong bias toward action, flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • You are the glue of a happy, high-performing, cross-functional team
  • Positive attitude, team player, self-starter; takes initiative, ability to work independently
