Key Accountabilities

• Assist carriers / capacity providers / vendors join the project44 network by facilitating process, paperwork, and/or training as necessary
• Drive carriers / capacity providers / vendors to meet timelines, reporting and/or escalating risks to project leadership
• Assist implementation project managers (typically Consultants) with direct and indirect project activities, to reduce time to go-live and increase satisfaction for project44 customers
• Own and manage internal workflow and operations processes to ensure efficient onboarding of carriers into the project44 network
• Participate in planned and ad-hoc internal projects to drive internal efficiency and reduce carrier/customer time to go-live
• Provide best-in-class support and training to partner carriers / capacity providers / vendors

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Information Systems & Technology
• 1+ years of customer-facing experience in:
  • Customer Support, or
  • Technical Implementation/Configuration & Vendor Onboarding, or
  • Project Coordinator activities
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in real-time while preventing the next
• Passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Ability to quickly grasp technology

• Strong coordination and task management skills
