Job Description Summary
The Implementation Program Manager role is responsible for leading complex and larger implementation of CCC's core products and delivering highest quality and success. The individual in this role is expected to have experience, skills, and knowledge of PMI standards for Program Management. The role requires heavy stakeholder and client interaction; someone who is very effective and comfortable with stakeholder management and working on a variety of strategic initiatives at any given time is the ideal candidate. Proven excellent written and oral communication skills are a foundation for this role.
Job Duties

  • Communicates clear direction and vision to program team members. Communicates at a high level of proficiency with internal senior/executive leadership across departments and is able to persuade others to collaborate or execute on key organizational strategic initiatives.
  • Manage program milestones, risks, dependencies, and changes throughout the program
  • Monitor and report progress throughout the program life cycle using appropriate level of communication understood by stakeholders, executive sponsors, and customers
  • Eliminate hurdles impactful to the successful delivery of the program
  • Anticipates organizational level needs and successfully implements action plans around them
  • Drive key decisions and provide decision making support to Sponsors/Stakeholders, with clear insights of commitment, tradeoffs, and risks
  • Champion and respond to rapid business change
  • Can work with diverse teams to determine solutions and communicate impacts
  • Develop a strong understanding of the CCC's Core products to become a subject matter expert
  • Establish roll-out strategy internally and with clients
  • Coordination and communication between all stakeholders.
  • Proactive planning and preparation relative to overall success of the program
  • Risk identification and formulate mitigation plan
  • Change Management process.
  • Up to 25% travel annually.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, M.S. is a plus
  • 5 to 7years of Project and or Program management experience, SaaS experience is a plus
  • PMP certified preferred
  • Experience managing customer facing programs required
  • Proven ability to coordinate across disciplines and departments, able to work both independently & collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Experience utilizing Project Management tools, methodologies, and software such as: Agile Methodology using Agile type tool, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio, Office Suite, etc.
  • Consulting experience preferred
