Based on our incredible growth Toast is excited to be adding to our Toast Payroll and Team Management Implementation team! We seek to hire an Implementation Coordinator who will gather critical customer information post-sales process and be the first point of contact with new Toast Payroll customers. In this great opportunity, you will play a critical operational role in building Toast’s Payroll business.
About this roll*:
- Execute high volume of calls, texts, and emails with all new Payroll customers in order to collect critical information such as tax and banking documentation, details about previous payroll provider, etc.
- Provide support to the Implementation Project Management team when any key customer information is missing or incomplete, including ensuring all applicable customers complete the Rapid Implementation Dashboard
- Serve as the first introduction to the Payroll Implementation team; build rapport quickly with customers to help build trust and customer satisfaction
- Communicate regularly with Sales and Implementation teams to provide status updates and enlist help if a customer is unresponsive
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to collect key customer information, and transfer data between two Salesforce instances until Saleforce migration is complete
- Understand and effectively communicate the Payroll Implementation process to ensure a seamless experience for our customers
Do you have the right ingredients*?
- 1-2 years of previous work experience in a Support or Sales environment
- Attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to thrive in fast-paced shifting environment
- Ability to work comfortably and effectively with colleagues in cross-functional roles and in customer interactions.
- Self-driven motivation to complete a project quickly and accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to deal with objections appropriately
- Technical aptitude to master Salesforce CRM as well as overcome future challenges
- Preferably Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
