Implementation Specialist
About The Role
The Implementation Specialist supports our Implementation Consultants during client partner engagements. Throughout the course of an implementation, the Implementation Specialist will provide assistance with workbook creation, configuration of prototypes for a client to review, testing of configured client environments in preparation for User Acceptance Testing, preparation of test scripts for client testing and assist with the move of the final product into our production environment in preparation for our client go live.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Partner with Sr. Implementation Consultants and Implementation Consultants to understand client configuration requirements and deliver configuration in the Yello system.
- Customize implementation workbooks for client engagements to ensure readiness for each phase of requirements to begin.
- Develop test scripts to support client User Acceptance Testing phase.
- Move signed off configuration into the client’s production site.
- Test configured UAT and Production sites to ensure quality
- Contribute feedback and best practices to the implementation team for continuous improvement of our processes and client experience
- Contribute best practices to team onboarding training
What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate or Graduate Degree with a GPA of 3.5 or above
- Preferred 1-2 years of customer support in the technology industry or configuration support
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Bright, ambitious, solutions-oriented self-starter are qualities we look for in a candidate
- A passion for Customer Service is essential
- Interest in Technology and being able to learn quickly
- Candidates who are experienced in Microsoft Office and G suite would be ideal
- Must understand Client demands aren't always between 9-5pm and be available if necessary
- May require limited travel
