Our platform provides members with a centralized benefits experience by combining a virtual healthcare assistant (JOY) and benefits wallet with telemedicine and concierge services. Additionally, JOY proactively helps members manage their health and understand the benefits they have elected.
About the Role
In your role as Client Implementation Specialist, you’ll provide account and project support throughout the implementation process. You’ll manage several detailed projects, launching HealthJoy within client organizations (employers, health providers, or resellers), ensuring programs go live on time and with a high level of quality.
We are looking for candidates with a get-it-done approach, who move with urgency and take immediate ownership of their role as we continue to scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own the tactical details of implementations for new and renewing clients
- Review, interpret, and build clients’ comprehensive benefit packages into the HealthJoy app
- Serve as the quality assurance lead for the Implementation Team
- Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, delivering launches on time
- Track and communicate progress with key internal and external stakeholders
- Create implementation documents, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactively seek and recommend resolutions to issues in order to move projects forward
- Prioritize tasks based on importance
- Act as a liaison between HealthJoy, channel partners, and clients
- Comprehend and assimilate all channel-partner program specifics related to client operations, protocol, reporting, and implementations
- Collaborate with Customer Success to continuously improve the implementation process, optimizing processes for effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency
What You’ll Need
- 2-5+ years professional experience
- Demonstrated success managing and implementing complex projects, with keen attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive, self-starter mentality, with the ability to think two steps ahead on every project
- Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills
- The ability to participate and contribute positively during internal discussions
- Unquestioned, unshakeable respect for people, and the ability to approach all interpersonal interaction with dignity and fairness
- Demonstrated diplomacy: experience skillfully managing the needs and agendas of diverse professionals who are anxious to get your time and attention
- Bachelor's degree
