How you’ll help
Our Implementation Experts make customer-specific versions of ALEX by scheduling, copyediting, formatting, testing, building, and otherwise doing whatever it takes to get each customer’s ALEX experience just right. We’re looking for Seasonal Implementation Support to help configure perfect, customized versions of our software for our Implementation Experts (IEs) to deliver to our amazing customers and to contribute during our busiest time of the year.
What you’ll do
- Pull tasks and projects from a shared-work or Kanban board and complete them on time.
- Use project management software and standardized processes to set up implementations and/or produce draft versions of products to deliver to customers.
- Verify that the draft versions look awesome and are free from typos, grammar mistakes, and software bugs.
- Document progress and communicate product statuses with various team members.
- Populate emails, schedules, and other customer documents from templates for team members to send internally and externally.
- Edit customer content to fit within character limits while maintaining the voice of ALEX.
- Update customer benefit information within our internal systems.
- Help manage and report on implementation data on an ongoing basis.
- Take on other ad-hoc projects to help with the production and implementation process.

Additional Information:
- Able to work Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week
- Be available during standard business hours
- Compensation is hourly at $25 per hour
- Duration is slated from July until Late October
