Primary Role:

The Installation Supervisor will be responsible for successful system installation at customer sites by coordinating with on-site hospital staff, the SwipeSense Team, and overseeing 3rd party contracting firms.

 

Responsibilities:

● Oversee the overall execution of timely and quality on-site installation projects

● Work with key project stakeholders including Information Technology, Facilities, Engineering, Materials Management, and Environmental Services to complete on-site facility assessments

● Complete on-site supervision of 3rd party installation contractors

● Keeping open lines of communication between SwipeSense, 3rd party contractors, and the customer during on-site projects

● Complete responsibility of on-site testing and verification of the installed system within timelines and priorities established by the SwipeSense FSO and Quality Teams

● Ensure customer satisfaction and approval throughout the installation process

● Create and ensure completeness of facility maps for Location Algorithm development

 

Requirements:

● 2-4 years of experience in a related field, supervisory experience and project

management (previous healthcare and/or construction background preferred but not required)

● Strong Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must

● Strong customer service skills - you are in the field acting as a representative of SwipeSense to our customer in delicate healthcare environments

● Having an ‘own the business’ attitude - you are the main point of contact while in the field and need the ability to work independently with little oversight in a supervisory capacity

● Available for weekly travel up to 100% of the time

● Must stay current on vaccines, policies and procedures in order to stay credentialed and able to work in hospital environments

● Working knowledge and proficiency of common programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, pdf editing programs, etc.

● Ability to expense personal travel for weekly reimbursement

● A positive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen obstacles and pain points while in the field
