What You'll Bring

5+ Years of diverse delivery experience across software development, infrastructure, M&A integrations, 3rd party tool/software implementations (SaaS, PaaS, etc)

5+ Years managing programs / projects within a company pursing/using agile delivery practices

Ability to influence, motivate and facilitate cross departmental stakeholders to support the realization of the objectives of the program/project

Experience successfully leading and managing large, dynamic programs within a complex working environment that is pursuing multiple concurrent transformation / large programs alongside the programs/projects assigned

Track record of delivering complex programs across diverse stakeholders and geographies; Has learned from real world experiences on what works and what doesn’t 

Execution minded leadership and development of action orientated communications that stakeholders and participants can consume and action on effectively

We'd Love to See:

5+ Years of International program / project experience, especially in India, HK, South Africa, UK, Latin America and Canada

Master’s Degree - MBA, MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering

Join an established PMO that supports business and technology teams to manage large, complex initiatives. Our PMO sits alongside Agile Delivery teams that run to our core product delivery needs. The PMO’s focus on delivering programs & projects that are typically larger in scope and complexity, span multiple lines of business, and geographies

Deliver large, complex programs within dynamic operating environments

Collaborate with multiple teams across business, product, and technology to define objectives, develop and align on approach, and then successfully execute programs

Use established tools and processes to manage the delivery process

Devise and execute a communications strategy to keep stakeholders and teams engaged and focused on delivering program objectives

Navigate moments of rapid change while enabling delivery teams to maintain focus on realizing program objectives
