International Service Delivery Manager

Requirements we’d love to see:
• 3-5 years’ experience managing Global delivery of IT Services in an insource/outsource environment(s)
• 3-5 years’ of experience for any Technology Domain working in a Global capacity
• Strong background and experience designing, developing and delivering global infrastructure standards strategies
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; or relevant business experience
• ITIL Certification(s)
• This role is a Global role & will potentially require Associate to participate in activities 7/24/365 or shift rotation(s) which could include occasional working weekends, off hours & holidays. Travel to the regions will also be required less than 25% of the time
Preferred requirements we’d like to see:
• Experience in a governance role driving compliance to standards at a Global level
• Experience created & presenting to Executive levels (SVP’s, CIO’s)
• Experience creating QBR’s content, reports, metrics & dashboard to track progress against goals proactively identify and address increased volume/demand, develop disaster recovery & business continuity plans, and compliance and governance reporting (dashboards, heat maps, etc.)
• Experience develop performance reports and dashboards to track the progress of the organization and each infrastructure domain.
• Develop and maintain strategic plans, roadmaps, and infrastructure refresh programs.
Impact you’ll make:
• In the first 90 days – Create, manage & lead international infrastructure transition program, including plans, timelines, communications, and alignment.
• In partnership with domain leaders, ensure global infrastructure standards are defined, documented, and implemented across global regions. Ensuring strong alignment exists between centralized services and local regions.
• Building and fostering strong relationships with regional CIOs.
• Beyond 90 days - Ensure ongoing collaboration with Domain Leads, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and International teams throughout the process.
• QBR creation & delivery on a regular cadence.
• Continues Quality improvements design & delivery.
