Position Summary:

The Manager, E-commerce Amazon Fresh will collaborate with the Client Partnership managers on strategy and support the Amazon Fresh clients.  The Manager will act as an expert and a leader in the Amazon Fresh environment, and help develop processes to manage day to day activities to grow clients’ businesses on the platform.   The position will provide leadership on tools, capabilities and requirements for Amazon Fresh, ensuring client portfolios are set up for success. This will include logistics and operational oversight and troubleshooting, and planning and execution of promotion and advertising plans. The Manager will provide feedback to the Client Partnership Managers. Success will be measured by a brands ability to profitably scale on Amazon Fresh. The CA EComm team is a high growth, fast paced environment, and this person will embody that “entrepreneurial” spirit while delivering professional, best-in-class results.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to CA Fortune clients on Amazon Fresh opportunities.
  • Work with Ecommerce Client Partnership Managers to execute client strategy across Amazon Fresh platform, to include working directly with the Amazon Fresh Vendor Managers.
  • Develop process, in conjunction with Ecomm Client Partnership Managers and Director of Sales, to manage day-to-day activities (operational issues, promotion submissions, standard data reporting)
  • Work with the CA E-Comm Content/Operations team to help develop and maintain Amazon’s catalog and detail pages.
  • Work with distributors and other 3P logistics providers to provide solutions for clients to sell on Amazon Fresh, to include working with CA Fortune’s distributor management teams.
  • Work with internal finance team to help manage commission payments to the Ecomm Pillar
  • Engage internal Insights team to continuously improve Ecommerce reporting.
  • Work with the Director of Sales to monitor the fast-changing and expansion of Amazon Grocery platforms to ensure CA ECOMM has the tools to best support our clients’ growth.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products)
  • Client Management and/or Agency Experience strongly preferred.
  • Amazon Fresh and/or Amazon.com experience preferred.
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Preferred experience with 3rd Party SaaS supporting EComm Platforms (Kenshoo, JungleScout, etc.)
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree, and/or similar industry experience
  • Proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

 

Travel Requirements:

  • Minimal overnight travel required (less than 10%) – i.e. industry trade shows, client national sales meetings, ECommerce Platform meetings, and /or any other events that would be warranted; all other travel is within assigned market (automobile)

 

Reporting Structure:

  • Director, Sales

  • Salary commensurate with level of experience and current market landscape
