JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Project Manager role will specialize in planning and managing the execution of high-priority projects within Global Marketing & Brand (GM&B) to support our strategic vision, improve business processes and drive efficiencies to achieve operational excellence. The project manager will coordinate and manage global, cross-functional projects and report on progress to multiple levels of leadership. The project manager will also serve as administrator and subject matter expert for the Workfront tool.
 

Job Duties/Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develops and uses a consistent framework for GM&B projects to include standard tools such as RACI matrix, project charters, workstreams, communication and measurement plans

  • Develops project management schedules using Workfront

  • Management and accountability for the portfolio of projects

  • Monitor project progress and performance

  • Regular stakeholder reporting

  • Proven risk management experience

  • Works with partners and monitors progress to ensure project delivered in a timely manner on budget

  • Manage the coordination of communication between team members so that there is clarity of purpose and outcome across marketing disciplines

  • Facilitates projects, leads development of charters with the focus on improving business processes and driving financial or operational efficiencies

  • Maintains knowledge of latest Workfront product releases and communicates to the correct audience (includes GIS)

  • Drives Workfront usage best practices for continuous improvement and develops training material to support

  • Maintains and configures Workfront based on identified and approved needs (Governance Board & new onboarded teams).

  • Identify areas for operational and process improvements within GM&B

Basic Qualifications:

  • Position requires a four year degree from an accredited college or university

  • Must possess demonstrated capability to successfully deliver across all project management concepts, including project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion

  • Experience with project management tools and processes

  • Must possess working knowledge in a project management software (Workfront experience desirable)

 

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Proven ability to influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions

  • An excellent communicator, able to effectively manage a number of projects at any one time with strong organizational skills

  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

  • Marketing background
