New Site Project Manager

AIM Clinics provides children with autism in under resourced areas the powerful, evidence-based treatment they were once unable to access. We’re an ambitious team working tirelessly to change the landscape of autism care and to ensure every family, everywhere, has access to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
We are seeking a resourceful, energetic, and mission-driven New Site Project Manager who is eager to help us to bring ABA to communities that need it most. This person will help enable our rapid expansion, leading the charge on getting each new location setup and client-ready. The New Site Project Manager will work collaboratively with the growth team to manage multiple sites concurrently and will coordinate across internal and external partners ensuring on-time and in-budget openings. Responsibilities will be broad, hands-on, and fast-paced and require creative and proactive problem solving.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary on-site point of contact for each new clinic build-out and setup
- Establish and maintain detailed project timelines for each opening
- Coordinate schedules and access for all parties working on the space including contractors, vendors, setup teams, interviewees, potential clients, and more
- Hire and manage temporary staff in each market to help with setup
- Support construction management as needed, which could include overseeing contractors’ timelines, developing and supervising completion of punch lists, or serving as the liaison for clinic signage, playground, or IT installation
- Complete opening administrative requirements such as securing a business license, establishing the location online, coordinating inspections, and more
- Assist in development of a clinic opening playbook and new operational processes
- Streamline supplies and furniture procurement processes
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with wholesale partners
- Purchase all furniture and supplies and monitor inbound quality and accuracy
- Schedule and oversee inbound receiving program, including partnering with third party logistics provider if needed
- Provide progress updates to broader team and flag timeline or budget risks
- Represent the company professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders
- Up to 80% travel across AIM’s current and future footprint
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2-4 years of project management or consulting experience preferred; prior clinic or store opening experience appreciated
- Demonstrated passion for healthcare
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Reliable and agile, with the ability to establish priorities, handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Strong work ethic with an attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including phone and email etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
