We are seeking a Training Implementation Associate who will administrate the implementation of Amount’s product and compliance training program for our partners. This role requires 3-5 years of experience and comfort with significant partner interaction and interest in building relationships. You will be working directly and heavily with various business and technical teams across the organization and will also be expected to promote a culture of awareness and transparency throughout the organization. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working with large, complex organizations in the banking, consulting or SaaS technology industry with a focus on identifying the values and practices that align partner needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and leveraging that information in creating customized partner solutions.

What you'll do at Amount:

  • Analyzing training requirements and gathering training deliverables to complete training implementation 
  • Utilizing data provided from product and/or product support personnel to establish or update partner-specific information for corresponding products
  • Assess and document partner requirements while adhering to established processes and procedures
  • Verifying implementation work done by other staff
  • Communicating challenges to the appropriate internal service partners to ensure positive ongoing partner experiences
  • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, reporting progress relative to service level performance to internal product teams 
  • Guide customers on all company interactions through knowledge of the organization's customer support policies, standards and procedures

  • Understand communication concepts, tools and techniques; Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through appropriate communication behaviors
  • Manage and prioritize multiple objectives, projects, groups, or activities
  • Knowledge of major functional processes and associated operating requirements
  • Ability to bring a reported problem to successful resolution
  • Design, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures affecting daily and strategic business operations in order to increase operational efficiency

Who you are:

  • Solution-oriented and proactive implementation professional currently in an operating, change management or continuous improvement role
  • Experience in the financial services, fintech, or consulting space
  • Proven experience in applying well-developed problem solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
  • Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
  • Knowledge of product development and project management is a plus
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing (English)
  • Eagerness to help a business focused on finding innovative products and services
