Organizational Effectiveness Specialist (OE Specialist) identifies ways to improve on-boarding, training and licensing processes to remove barriers to getting GoHealth agents hired, trained, licensed, appointed and ready to sell.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts task analysis studies to determine pain points and areas of opportunity with the onboarding and RTS (ready to sell) processes
- Observes employees and confers with management to gain knowledge of specific work scenarios to better understand policies and processes that could be streamlined to shorten the RTS timeline and improve the candidate/agent experience
- Recommends tools, resources, and training as needed to optimize performance
- Develops process maps and process documentation
- Assists with the development of training materials or job aids; May act as a liaison between the operations teams and subject matter experts, when needed
- Determines testing and evaluation methods to measure onboarding, training and licensing effectiveness
- Implements and supports RTS process improvements; Surveys new employees to measure progress and to evaluate their on-boarding experience
- Maintains systems and databases (LMS, licensing platform) and provides scheduled and ad hoc reports; Supports system implementations, enhancements and upgrades with training support and process documentation, when needed
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, or a related field or 5+ years of related work experience
- Prior experience supporting organizational initiatives that include licensing, technology, employee engagement and metrics analysis, preferred
- Experience writing technical documents including job aids, guides, executive summaries, technical reports, website content, and frequently asked questions
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Organizational savvy and emotional maturity to interact with individuals at all levels of a complex organization
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills; Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel to include use of statistical functions, v-look up, pivot tables, etc.
- Ability to solve problems independently and overcome challenges without becoming frustrated
- Ability to hold self and others accountable with a desire to continuously enhance the GoHealth brand
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills including the ability to successfully extract and assess information from a variety of sources
- Ability to effectively use technology and work with large/complex data sets
- Previous experience with HRIS, learning and licensing systems such as NIPR, UltiPro, Bridge, Canvas, RegED, preferred
