Partnership Program Manager

It's with that in mind that Hireology is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, collaborative individual to join our growing Corporate Development team as a Partnership Program Manager.
The Partnership Program Manager is a versatile, detail-oriented and cross-functional position responsible for leading partnership implementation, operations, and day-to-day management of Hireology's growing partner ecosystem. Working with our Director of Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Development team, you will have a unique opportunity to solve ambiguous problems in collaboration with our partners, as well as several other Hireology business units to achieve outsized impact.
As our Partnership Program Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Lead the project management of all new partnership launches and transition to day to day partner management in coordination with the Corporate Development team and other internal stakeholders.
- Support Director of Strategic Partnerships with deal process through a consultative creation of program design, implementation and management plans with partners
- Establish shared goals with clear outcomes, action plans, host regularly scheduled partner meetings to track progress toward goals.
- Coordinate change management activities, including obtaining buy-in from internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.
- Forge strong relationships with relevant partner stakeholders and Hireology department leaders to unlock revenue growth opportunities and achieve partnership goals
- Analyze program risks and be the first line of defense for understanding and solving partner issues, challenges, etc.
- Coordinate - and where practical - automate the operational (e.g., billing, reporting, lead assignment, etc.) lifecycle processes associated with each partner to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and implement assessment program protocols for evaluation and improvement.
- Engage with Hireology leadership and other departments to support new and ongoing partner related-initiatives.

Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of external-facing business development experience (e.g., consulting, partnerships, professional services) demonstrating ability to form Director level relationships and up.
- 2-4+ years of cross-functional project or program management background
- 1-2 years of product experience in a product management or product partnerships capacity
- 1-2+ years of channel experience running partner marketing, sales, or similar programs
- Strong verbal and written communicator that ensures parties are aligned and has the tact to keep everyone accountable to themselves and each other
- Analytical mindset and ability to link activities to creation of measured business value
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Looker and Domo.
- Advanced degree and/or PMP credential is a plus
