The Opportunity:
The Partnerships Coordinator will ensure we are executing across a number of verticals to serve our partners and customers to help grow our business. This person should be incredibly organized, ready to learn, and hungry to achieve and make an impact. The Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for managing Vivid Seats’ day-to-day relationships with most of its partners, ensuring our partnerships are effective and our partners and customers have a great experience with us. Also, this person will be expected to build exceptionally strong internal and external relationships while contributing culturally to the team and the company. 

How your role contributes to the success of Vivid Seats:

  • Manage Vivid Seat’s day-to-day relationships with a number of partners across sports, music, performing arts, ticketing, and other verticals, representing Vivid Seats’ interest externally and our partner’s needs internally.
  • Activate against these partnerships, implementing sponsorship and partnership assets across various channels.
  • Work closely with partners and internal data and analytics teams to generate, deliver, and refine reporting to partners.
  • Audit partner sites for compliance, asset delivery, and partnership optimization.
  • Create and analyze reports that inform opportunities to improve partnership effectiveness.
  • Observe market trends and the competitive landscape to help the team execute against strategic objectives.
  • Manage various processes – including, but not limited to approvals, accounting, and creative – to ensure obligations and opportunities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Prioritize issues and opportunities according to business needs to ensure alignment with the team’s strategy and company objectives.
  • Support the entire Partnerships and Business Development team on project-based work.

 

How your role expectations will progress as a Partnerships Coordinator in the first 30, 90, and 180 days:

30 days in

  • Complete new hire orientation, gaining the resources you need to be successful.
  • Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you’ll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
  • Acclimate to team and company norms, business objectives, and Vivid Seats values.
  • Take on regular daily and weekly partner deliverables, such as reporting and refunds.

90 days in

  • Contribute to our approaches, methods, or technologies to support overall business goals and drive team efficiencies.
  • Maintain, harvest and aid internal and external relationships to achieve progress and advance objectives.
  • Own and document analysis of advertising and industry trends, including documenting pricing comparisons.
  • Liaise directly with some partners for status meetings and problem solving as needed.

180 days in

  • Apply methods to execute individual tasks that positively impacts the team.
  • Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for team goals.
  • Own relationships with smaller partners.
  • Prepare and coordinate quarterly business reviews for relevant partners.
  • Own activation for some new partnerships where applicable.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, product management, client services, and/or sales.
  • Exceptional people skills with an innate ability to build relationships.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and a laser focus on details.
  • Proficient client service skills with an ability to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
  • Understanding of basic eCommerce and consumer engagement concepts.
  • Hunger to learn, an openness to coaching, and a desire to do things the right way and do them well.
  • Passion for sports and entertainment and a keen interest in live events.
