What You'll Bring
8-10 years total experience with a track record of success in managing large scale technology programs in a high-performing professional environment
Demonstrated experience in developing high quality customer success strategies, and communication plans that ensure superior customer experience
Outstanding team player with a customer/consumer experience mindset who can interact effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues
Demonstrated experience to develop and execute change management and communications strategies for large programs
Proven track record for developing a comprehensive communication plan for internal and external audiences, and stakeholder organizations across the company
Experience working in a matrixed structure with dynamic teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, Operations, Technology/Engineering, and senior executives)
Demonstrated experience with leading a large group of technologists focusing on execution.
Excellent communication at executive & board level, and in public forums
Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to lead within an environment of rapid change, growth, and a drive for continuous improvement
Ability to manage multiple projects and various deadlines simultaneously
Demonstrated experience in delivering technology solutions in multidivisional, multinational organizations
BS and/or MS in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or related field

Prior experience in a technical migration, especially a cloud migration
Consulting experience

Impact You'll Make
Support Program Enablement work globally
Identifying problems and partnering to solve them across enablement teams
Work with Foundation and Migration team leadership to ensure successful delivery of applications to the cloud
Establish a communications framework for regularly educating, informing and engaging audiences for the cloud migration program progress against its strategic objectives as well as value delivered
Drive internal communication needs for adoption of new technology and change management to keep targeted audiences advised as necessary
Lead a variety of cross-functional teams to complete critical initiatives
Support the enterprise cloud journey - lead and drive program management deliverables along with VP, Program Management
Experience with problem solving across large cross functional teams
Delivering program status updates to key stakeholders
Support all executive communications to Executive Management in clear, concise, executive-level formats
People / Resource management
Refine operating policies and procedures that impact multiple disciplines and departments
Help establish strategic goals, plans, and objectives
Effectively interact with peers, and senior management concerning projects and operational decisions to ensure effective and efficient processes with successful outcomes
Develop guidelines and procedures to continually support and improve various cloud migration program processes
