Post Merger Integration Manager

This role provides a unique and exciting opportunity to manage the integration and synergy execution efforts between Home Chef and Kroger as part of the recently announced merger. You will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the C-suite to develop and lead the cross-functional integration plan and execute synergy initiatives. You must be a highly organized, strategic project manager who will thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integration project plans to ensure timely integration of systems
- Execute synergy initiatives to ensure timely realization of savings
- Apply analysis and problem solving to structure unclear information and issues into insight and action
- Actively monitor, manage, and communicate key project dimensions including scope, time, cost, resources, risk, to key stakeholders
- Develop and implement change management and communication plans to ensure solution adoption
- Collaborate with functional department leads on synergy strategies to ensure smooth transition during process
- Stay in-tune with team priorities to best support and advise executive team during integration
- Act as primary liaison and point-of-contact to Kroger integration leader and go to person for all integration activities
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years management consulting experience or similar
- Completion of a four-year degree program in a related field
- Highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner; solution oriented mindset and work approach
- Strong organizational, planning and project management skills with the ability to manage several simultaneous projects in a dynamic, fluid environment
- Ability to think critically and strategically to evaluate processes and innovate better solutions amidst high growth, fast changing environment
- Ability to take ownership of projects; highly organized; detail oriented
- Demonstrated experience with project management, including timeline and budget monitoring experience
- This is an individual contributor role, but you must be able to influence and manage indirectly
- M&A integration experience is preferred, but not required
- PMP certification is a plus, but not required
