Description

The Principal for Risk Management Solutions supports the sales team in understanding client needs for Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC), and plays a pivotal role in presenting solutions based upon Fusion’s software and services capabilities.

 

Target solution areas include, but are not limited to, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance, Policy Management, and Issues Management. 

 

Through strong technical skills and exceptional client relationship management the Principal for Risk Management Solutions will establish a strong value-add relationship with the client and the Fusion Risk Management team.    

The responsibilities of the Principal for Risk Management Solutions include: 

• Working closely with the Sales Team to:

o Interpret the requirements of prospective clients

o Structure proposed Solutions

o Demonstrate product capabilities 

• Working closely with the Consulting and Implementation teams to:

o Ensure proposed solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively to the satisfaction of the Client

o Align delivery methodologies to solution proposals

o Support strategic accounts

• Working closely with the Product Marketing and Product Management teams to:

o Ensure Fusion’s capabilities align to market needs

o Provide ideas for product enhancements

o Assist in crafting messaging for Marketing and Sales Presentations

o Support the development of go-to-market strategies 

 

Requirements

The Principal for Risk Management Solutions is someone who has demonstrable experience with sales support, presentations, written proposals, and consultative solutioning in areas of Risk Management. They must be able to oversee complex solutions from presales inception to delivery. They must be capable of becoming recognized in the industry as a subject matter expert in one or more areas (e.g., ORM, GRC). 

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree highly preferred) in business management, risk management, or related business field

• 5 or more years of Risk Management industry experience, with experience in Enterprise Risk level strategic initiatives or equivalent

• 3 or more years’ experience in presales and sales support for products or services that pertain to Risk Management consulting engagements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to succinctly summarize key findings

• Strong presentation skills with the confidence to present to large, executive-level audiences

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to multitask and prioritize

• Experience defining standard business processes

• Market and competitive analysis experience a plus

• Demonstrated product marketing messaging and collateral creation a plus
