What You'll Bring
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
Technical aptitude and ability to communicate technology to a diverse audience
3+ years of related work experience in a software or B2B environment
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
What We’d Love to See:
Working industry experience in financial services or insurance with working knowledge of how they use data to drive business decisions
An inquisitive nature willing to diagnose problems, determine relevant conclusions, and devise appropriate courses of action
Metrics / data-driven person with strong analytical spreadsheet and data manipulation skills
Direct customer interaction and sales support experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, and other technical related fields

We are seeking a self-driven and high performing individual to support Transunion’s powerful solution: PRAMA. In this dynamic role, the Client Implementation Specialist will lead the onboarding and support of new and existing PRAMA customers with a focus on creating a seamless customer experience. Our team embraces an open idea-oriented and collaborative environment that fosters your individual contribution and independence to make an impact.
Our core customers are in the financial services industry and this role is critical to helping our customers leverage the power of PRAMA to make business decisions in a fast paced and competitive marketplace. In this position, your impact includes the following:
Lead the onboarding of new PRAMA customers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Support existing customers, helping them understand PRAMA solution capabilities and how to leverage the power of the PRAMA solution suite
Identify and implement process improvements in the onboarding and customer support process
Assist in validation and testing of PRAMA solutions
Help us build a better product by providing insights from your front-line customer interactions to help us enhance PRAMA solutions to meet customer needs
