We are seeking an experienced, passionate and organized Production Manager to join our growing Creative & Content team. We are looking for someone who is excited to work on numerous creative projects across many teams and while making meaningful contributions to our team’s productivity & efficiency. This person should love processes, have a passion for deliverable management, and a drive to motivate and advocate for their team. 

 

Responsibilities

Reporting to and in collaboration with the Senior Director of Brand Creative, this role will be responsible for the production and project management of our small but mighty creative team. A typical week consists of anything from email marketing creative, to video creation, to printed collateral, to photo production planning. The Production Manager will work cross-functionally with our teams to manage timelines and set expectations for deliverables, as well as help manage external production vendors. 

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in:
    • - Video and photo production planning/assisting
    • - Creative design team project management
    • - Timeline creation and management
    • - Project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Basecamp
    • - Proven ability to create successful team processes and meet consistent deadlines
    • - Relationship- and stakeholder-management  across multiple internal teams and vendor types
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively advocate for great ideas and processes 
  • Handle conflict and contention with grace, clarity and strength - especially with urgent creative requests
  • Set expectations respectfully and with conviction
  • Extremely organized with a knack for figuring out how best to effectively apply order to chaos 
  • Deep appreciation for increasing efficiency
  • Passion for women’s healthcare/wellbeing and Equilibria’s mission
  • Patience for startup lifestyle, experience at a startup is a plus

 

Compensation and title will be commensurate with experience. Equilibria will contribute toward medical insurance, for which we offer multiple options of coverage and premium. We also give every employee a monthly CBD allowance, along with a 401k and other perks.
